However, having financed many single / multi-let offices we are able to assess key metrics and work with lenders across all platforms that will understand the asset class and tenant profile.

Retail has become a challenging sector in recent years, in particular High Street. However, there are a number of lenders who despite the challenges, are keen to work with quality assets and borrowers alike. We have assisted many clients with the refinance and repositioning of assets in this sector. Retail Parks have become more popular and again we have assisted with a number of large refinance and development projects over recent years, usually let to a multitude of tenants.
