An experienced finance professional with a wide range of experience in all aspects of the credit function. Through swift promotion and development, has covered senior director roles within two of the UK’s leading Banks. 

Mark Started his career as a Graduate at Allied Irish Bank before moving to Barclays Corporate. In 2009, Mark set up the brokerage with a view of servicing the North East Real Estate Market, where the business has grown exponentially since in terms of deal size and geography.

Mark predominantly covers the North East, Manchester and London, where his specialism lies within the Real Estate & Healthcare sectors. Mark’s typical core focus relates to refinance, acquisition and development funding within these sectors.

Mark's typical deal size is a minimum of £5M up to £250M. Most recently, Mark has facilitated a large development facility of £113M  for the development of a prime zone 1 PBSA unit in London.

Fiona has amassed over 30 years experience in the finance industry gained initially from Director roles in Commercial and Corporate Banking within NatWest Group and more recently as Senior Corporate Debt Adviser with Finance 55 Ltd.

She led the NatWest Newcastle Real Estate Team for 10 years driving the business to a loan book which exceeded £0.5bn. During this time period there has been significantly changeable credit appetites and challenges within the sector which gave Fiona the ‘know how’ to structure and sanction deals through the whole spectrum of market conditions. The portfolio comprised an impressive list of Regional and National operators who she supported throughout a challenging period in both the bank’s and industry history.

She took her Real Estate expertise and knowledge to Finance 55 where the free to market status opened up the full range of options available from the ever increasing list of funders.

The specialism in deal size of £2M-£100M gives Fiona the opportunity to focus and ensure that a truly bespoke offering is afforded to all of her clients. 

Oliver is a Chartered Banker (MCBI) and real estate finance professional. He joined Finance 55 from NatWest with four years of experience in the industry and has supported some of the largest real estate names in Yorkshire and the North East, providing strategic financial solutions to help clients grow and optimize their portfolios, as well as supporting their day to day banking needs. Most recently, as an Assistant Director in NatWest's Real Estate Finance Team, Oliver supported a corporate portfolio with c£1bn of total committed exposure.

Oliver is an Associate Corporate Debt Advisor, supporting Mark and Fiona with transactions while also expanding his network and building his own relationships with clients. With a solid grounding in property finance, lending structures, and market dynamics, Oliver is committed to delivering tailored funding strategies that drive success for real estate clients.
